Application Tips

You should begin the application process early. Once college choices have been selected, begin gathering all information needed for the application process.

Know the requirements for each college application. Requirements vary but usually include:

• Basic application form
• Essay
  • Short
  • Long
• Letter(s) of reference
• Official test scores
  • ACT
  • SAT
  • SATII
  • TOEFL
• Application fee - - DON'T FORGET TO INCLUDE
• Official high school transcripts - - NOTE: Some colleges have a specific form for completion by high school counselors.

In addition to the above-required information, make sure you include in your application any unique characteristics that you have.
